Backup requested – Upper Rainier Beach 2+ bd/1 ba w/ 2 fireplaces, 2 garages.

Buyers who previously made an offer but weren’t able to work out pricing for repairs with the Seller (needed due to FHA requirements) spent some time working things out with their lender and came back with another offer and we reached mutual acceptance last week.

The Seller would like to have any interested backup offers in position in case the FHA financing can not be waived successfully. Conventional or cash out only, or a 203K Streamline loan may work given it appraises “as is” and “with repairs”. (Have not seen that paperwork yet).
